1. Shipping Costs

• Standard rates:
• Inside Dhaka: BDT 70
• Suburbs (Gazipur, Savar, Narayanganj, Keraniganj): BDT 100
• Outside Dhaka: BDT 130

2. Return Before Sale Completion

• You can return items before payment if the size doesn't fit.
• Try on the product in front of the delivery agent and return it on the spot.
• Only the delivery charge is payable in this case.

3. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges allowed within 24 hours of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
• One exchange per item is allowed.
• Customer pays exchange delivery charge unless we sent the wrong size or color.
• Exchanges are processed within 2–3 working days after receiving the item.
• Delays may occur during holidays or unforeseen issues (you’ll be informed).

4. Non-Refundable Items

• No refunds after payment unless there's a verified manufacturing defect and no suitable replacement.
• Sale items are not refundable.

5. Refund Process

• Only for verified manufacturing defects.
• Refunded to your original payment method or mobile banking (BKash, Upay, DBBL Rocket).
• Processing time: up to 3 working days.
